Happy December, everyone,
One of the most important concepts of life balance, especially as it relates to money, is the idea of enough. At a certain point, having more actually decreases our life satisfaction and detracts from our happiness. I’m a huge fan of the book “Your Money or Your Life” by Robbins and Dominguez, and our top article this month is a blog post by Ms. Robbins summarizing the key points of the book as they relate to happiness. For me, the “joy-to-stuff” ratio is especially salient as we enter the holiday season.
Don’t forget – My new e-book, 7 Foundations of Health and Happiness: First Steps, is ready and FREE for you to download here:
I hope that it will support you on your journey to a life you love.
