July 2013, Volume 3, Issue 7

Happy July, SynerLINK Friends,

I am so excited about the upcoming opportunities for us to connect in person over the next couple months, and I wanted you, my SynerLink community members, to be the first to know!

First, I will be offering a FREE 2-hour workshop in Boulder, Colorado, on July 17th from 6-8pm at Alfalfa’s Market,
More information and to register:
I will be giving away free hard copies of my newly-updated book, 7 Foundations of Health and Happiness: First Steps, so this is a great opportunity for anyone in the Colorado area.  Check out the flyer included at the bottom of the newsletter, and please forward to colleagues, friends, and family you feel could benefit from an introduction to the 7 Foundations.

Also, I will be offering two day-long 7 Foundations Retreats in August, in both Boulder and Fort Collins, Colorado.
Watch your email inbox for more information — and a special discount code — coming soon.

This month’s article really hit home for me.  The idea of purposely living a slower life, and letting go of the “everything” that is tempting me to try to “do it all” is revolutionary, and something I have struggled with throughout my life.  How would your life change if you did only three things with all your love and attention, rather than attempting to do 20 at once, doing none fully?

If you enjoy the newsletter, please forward to friends or colleagues who may enjoy receiving it, as well.  They can click the links at the bottom of this newsletter to subscribe, or to follow us on Twitter, Facebook, or LinkedIn, or go to our home page:

As always, I welcome suggestions, comments, or interesting links.  Please send to:  chelgason@synergeniusconsulting.com .

Best wishes for your health and happiness,
Chanel Helgason, MD
