March 2014, Volume 4, Issue 3

Happy March, SynerLINK Friends,

I am very excited to announce my 2014 “Master Time in the Real World” group program, which is starting April 3rd.  It really is the next best thing to a 25-hour day!

This upcoming group program will take only an hour and a half per week out of your busy schedule – a minimal time commitment that offers you a huge jump-start toward the life you want.  Completing the full 8 week series will provide you with an in-depth understanding of the 7 Foundations system for maximizing your health and happiness, through individualized action steps to apply each week’s learning to your real, day-to-day life.  After completing this program, you will have personally experienced how it feels to truly master your own time, make your own, empowered choices, and implement the life changes that will serve you most.

It will run 8 consecutive Thursday evenings, 6:00-7:30pm MDT.  All the details you need are here:

So, the biggest question you need to ask yourself right now is – do you need this so badly you are saying to yourself that there is no way you can make time to come?

I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve hosted an event or a group, only to have the people who needed it most come up to me, with an embarrassed laugh, and tell me they know they must need this because they couldn’t possibly take off a whole day – or an afternoon – or even just over an hour a week  – for “something like this”.

So ask yourself – do you need this so badly that you are about to try to talk yourself out of it?  If so, I’d like you to take a moment to really reflect on what would serve you most, right now, in creating the life you really want?

If you are feeling drawn to make some real, lasting changes, I’d like to support you.  I’m offering an early bird discount of $100 off the regular price of $350. This offer is only good through March 15th.  Just follow this link, and enter the discount code EARLY100 in checkout.

This month’s lead article is a really fun one with 10 great tips on enhancing happiness, and the science to back them up.  There is so much out there right now on happiness, and it’s become such a buzzword, that it can be hard to tell if the information you’re getting is reliable science, or just someone’s opinion.  This article does a nice job of presenting a balanced view of what do, and don’t, know about happiness at the current time, even when some of the results are a bit unexpected!
